Shipping times will vary depending on the location of the delivery address.
International Standard Delivery: This service may be delivered via a local postal service and may not come with a tracking number. If a trackable service is used, your shipping confirmation email will contain a link to the tracking number, which you can use to check the status of your package. Orders are typically delivered within 15-25 business days, depending on your location, but if it takes longer, please allow up to 30 business days from the date your order leaves our warehouse.
International Express: Our couriers offer a fully trackable delivery service. Your shipping confirmation email will contain a link to the tracking number, which you can use to check the status of your package. Orders are typically delivered within 7-15 business days, depending on your location, but if it takes longer, please allow up to 20 business days from the date your order leaves our warehouse.
Some more remote addresses may require longer shipping times. Costs depend on the weight and volume of your order.
If your order includes personalised items, it may take an additional 3 business days to dispatch your order, regardless of the delivery service selected.
Customised/personalised orders may be shipped via an untracked courier service. If you have not received it, you must notify us within 40 working days of the dispatch date. We cannot guarantee any further assistance with the whereabouts of your order after 40 working days.

Handling Fees
In addition to the shipping costs, we may charge a handling fee to cover storage and packaging costs.
Customer Responsibilities
All items are shipped from China and may incur customs duties and other charges when entering other countries. Any customs duties, customs clearance, taxes or carrier charges are the responsibility of the recipient and we are not responsible for any such charges.
We are unable to advise the thresholds and rates for other countries as these are determined by the respective governments and can vary significantly between different countries and even between different items. If there are any additional charges at the time of delivery, our carrier will contact you to arrange payment.
Different stock availability: If you have selected items with different availability times, then we will dispatch your order when all items are ready.
Order dispatch: Although we will try our best to process and dispatch your order on the same day of the order, this may not always be possible due to the following reasons:
- Pre-orders: Products that are pre-ordered or out of stock at the time of ordering will be shipped within the time specified on the website
- Payment card checks: Sometimes we may need to perform additional checks on your payment card, which may delay your order. This is to reduce the risk of fraud.
Customers may request a return or exchange within 5 days of receiving the merchandise. Refunds will be made via the same method you used to pay.
Please note: Items marked "Custom Items" cannot be returned/exchanged.
Specials and promotional items are excluded and are still subject to our regular return/exchange policy.
Cancellation
We accept cancellations before the product is processed. If the order is cancelled at that time, you will receive a full refund.
If the product has already been dispatched, unfortunately we will not be able to cancel the order.
Return/Exchange Conditions
- All items must be returned in their original selling condition, must not have been worn, washed or altered, and with all tags still attached.
- All items must be returned with their original box.
- All items must be returned in one package.
- Returns/exchanges must be made using the same service as the original shipment.
- We only accept returns/exchanges to the country the order was originally shipped from, e.g. orders shipped to the USA must be returned from the USA
- Custom items cannot be returned.
- Unfortunately, returns/exchanges are not free (import and shipping costs will be at your expense).
- Of course, any defective item can be returned.
We reserve the right not to accept any returns/exchanges if the product shows signs of wear or has been used or altered from its original condition.
If we refuse your refund/exchange, we will notify you; you will have the option of having the product returned to you at your own expense.
How do I return an item or my entire order?
Step 1: Please contact our Customer Service team and provide the following information to start the return process:
- Order number
- Proof of purchase
- Video or photo of the defective product
Step 2: Return your receipt along with the item in its original packaging.
Step 3: Fill out all three copies of the Return Proforma Invoice form. Place all copies in a clear envelope and attach it to the package, but do not seal it. These documents are required for customs, so be sure to fill out all three copies.
Step 4: Hand the package to the courier, and close the package tightly after the courier has inspected the returned shipment.
Refunds
Upon return, refunds will be made to the original payment method. wangtlq does not refund shipping costs on returns.
Once your package arrives at us, please allow 3-7 days (depending on peak periods) to process your return. If your return does not meet the listed conditions, we will return the package to you at our expense. Once your return is accepted, we will issue you a refund and you will receive a confirmation email.
